Lock away the unnecessary

  • Simplicity is difficult to achieve, and our lives are much more complex than they need to be. We buy things we don’t need with money that we don’t have to impress people we don’t like.

  • Less is more. Remove all unnecessary actions and thoughts from your life because removing them will only give you plenty of rest and more time to do the necessary tasks well.

  • One way to get rid of unnecessary thoughts and actions is by being conscious of them and by transmuting their energy. We don’t have to analyze every thought; we just have to be mindful of it. Organize your thoughts and actions, and declutter your life. Either use it or lose it.
