Minimalism

  • What if you had less money, less recognition, less time, less energy, and less freedom? What would that look like? Ask yourself, “Why do you want to buy that, or why do you want to do that?” Understand that you don’t have to get more things done but rather have fewer things to do.

  • We all can manage with less if we want to. So, don’t buy the stuff you don’t need, and get rid of things that don’t add value to your life. Instead, focus on other important things and prepare yourself for less. You never know when a pandemic or disaster hits, and you have less of your freedom.

  • Minimalism is about having the perfect amount of something and not lack of something. It thus adds focus to your life and an internal search for happiness.
