No shame in needing help

No shame in needing help

  • Why do you refuse to ask for help? You don’t want to bother others, or do you feel like you have to prove that you can do everything yourself?

  • I feel those who constantly do not ask for help either feel rejected or neglected. Don’t do that to yourself. Probably that’s how you knew that others loved you. So, cut yourself some slack.

  • Next time you see others struggling, ask yourself how you can help them. And, next time you need help, ask for it. There’s no shame in it.

But that’s just my take. Comment and share yours.
