What you give power to has power over you. So make yourself strong enough to deal with the absolute worst. Show indifference to it and have an attitude of “let come what may.”
A strong soul knows when to let go, take responsibility, trust, love, and embrace the change. They believe in themselves and stay in the present moment. Remember that it all begins and ends in your mind.
