Internal Integration

  • Would you be a great singer if you love soccer, but your parents forced you to be a singer? I’m sure it’ll be a challenging journey. And the same goes when we are unaware of who we are.

  • We might be disconnected from our inner self, and we don’t even know it. Do you doubt yourself in whatever that you do? Do you feel like you don’t have a purpose? Or have unhealthy lifestyles and relationships? Or are you just emotionally reactive? We all can be quiet and calm at some moments but be consumed by pleasures at other times.  We are all complicated inside, but so is the outside world. Thus, we need to keep consistency inside us and avoid the disintegration that arises from these two forces - our righteous thoughts and our desires and emotions.

  • Connect with yourself, understand what drives you, and accept who you are. Don’t let the things out of your control disintegrate you from who you are and what you want.  Align your behavior and actions with your values because people who do extraordinary things are self-aware. They don’t let the world change them to be more acceptable. They know who they are and who they are not.

But that’s just my take. Comment and share yours.
