Power of self-discipline

  • Make incremental progress continuously. Simply improving yourself is like any other problem. You improve yourself physically, mentally, emotionally, and financially by finding a solution and sticking to it.

  • It’s possible to curb your arrogance and not be angry with ungrateful people and become caring. Don’t make excuses. Make changes and get results. You can become what you want to be.

  • There’d be people who’ll look down on you, so avoid controversial topics, keep your emotions in check, and don’t take their words personally. Don’t try to control stupid people; instead, check your attitude.
