  • The next time you help a friend with a breakup or make a charity, do think about the possibility that you could be on the receiving end of it too.

  • If something unexpected happens, then slow down and breathe because you might be flooded with emotions. But, first, you need to forgive yourself for not being in control and show yourself kindness and encouragement. Then, express your grief with trusted confidants, and don’t give yourself a timeline for healing.

  • Things can go wrong, and anything can happen to you too. So, it’s better to prepare your mind and understand that adversity can be a path to greatness.
