  • We make assumptions about the world and then make our plans on top of those assumptions. But sometimes, those assumptions would fail, and so will your plans. During those times, don’t be locked out of your rhythm any longer than necessary.

  • Get a hold of yourself and find a way back. You might not feel well, or someone didn’t do as you expected from them. Your order and peace might be interrupted by a new circumstance. But, the situation won’t always be wrong.

  • Recognize your emotions, and don’t let your feelings become your biggest obstacles. Be decisive and accountable for your actions and communicate wisely. Then, take a deep breath, focus on the positive, and maintain composure.
