  • Many things don’t matter to us, but we still spend a lot of time on them. Please don’t make your unimportant tasks meaningful by giving them your valuable time.

  • 80% of your worry comes from 20% of your jobs. They’re not worth it. Even if you’re obligated to do a task, spend as little time and worry as possible.

  • When you’re worried, ask yourself if the task is worth it to be concerned about? and give higher importance to things that genuinely matter - your family, your health, and commitments. Don’t sweat the small stuff.
