Courage

Strongest Muscle

Strongest Muscle

  • Your strongest muscle is your mind. No matter what the outside world inflicts on you, your mind can remain yours and unscathed. Train it well, so external events don’t have any power over it; only you do.

  • Keep your mind healthy by continuously learning, exercising, and building better connections. People who are mentally solid look for something positive in every challenge of life. They practice gratitude, are not complaining, and never try to please everyone.

  • See the obstacles on your path as a stepping stone and an essential pathway to deeper understanding. You have the power.

But that’s just my take. Comment and share yours.
